By using beSearch (besearch.eu), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
beSearch is a privacy-respecting search engine operated by an individual based in Belgium. It provides web search results sourced from third-party APIs (Brave Search, Mojeek, and others). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of search results.
You agree not to:
Paid API keys are issued for personal or commercial use within the limits of the purchased plan. Keys may not be shared, resold, or transferred without prior written consent. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these terms.
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided you have not made significant use of the service during that period (e.g. made a large number of API calls).
To request a refund, contact us at contact@besearch.eu within 14 days of payment. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
After the 14-day withdrawal period, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. beSearch is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, missing results, or inaccurate information.
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. For paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing a paid tier, and offer a pro-rata refund for unused subscription time.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. EU consumers retain the rights granted to them under applicable EU consumer protection law.
